Bookings are now open for Academic Year 2023/2024 and Autumn Semester 2023 (Sep-Dec). Please contact us via form or email with your prospective dates so we can check availability.

For all options, a booking fee of €70 and a deposit of €200 are required. The booking fee is non-refundable, and the deposit is refundable following departure provided Terms and Conditions are met. Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit paid is non-refundable in cases of cancellation of all or part of the original booking.

Due to rising running costs, we are adding a surcharge of €35/week.

Prices include water and bin charges, utilities, free Residence wifi and provision of one set of bed linen.
